Eduard Schmidt

Eduard Schmidt is universitair docent bij het Instituut Bestuurskunde van de Universiteit Leiden. Hij promoveerde in 2020 op een proefschrift over topambtenaren en bezuinigingen. In zijn onderzoek en onderwijs houdt hij zich bezig met vraagstukken rond publiek leiderschap, organisatieverandering en publieke waarde. Hij richt zich daarbij onder andere op de zorg en het sociaal domein.
