Marcel Meijs

Marcel J.M. Meijs is per 1 januari 2017 de nieuwe gemeentesecretaris en algemeen directeur van de gemeente Tilburg. Meijs was hiervoor werkzaam als gemeentesecretaris en algemeen directeur van de gemeente Enschede. Meijs werkte al vanaf 1989 in Enschede met een onderbreking van vier jaar in Limburg waar hij gemeentesecretaris was van de gemeente Geleen-Sittard. Meijs is tevens voorzitter van het Gemeentelijk Portfolio Overleg (GPO).
