Tanachia Ashikali

Tanachia Ashikali is universitair docent aan het instituut Bestuurskunde, Universiteit Leiden. Haar promotieonderzoek richtte zich op het verklaren van de uitkomsten van diversiteitsmanagement in de publieke sector. Haar interesses liggen op gebied van publieke organisaties, HRM en diversiteitsmanagement, leiderschap en kwantitatief onderzoek. Ashikali heeft Bestuurskunde gestudeerd aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam (2007-2011) en er tevens gewerkt als wetenschappelijk docent-onderzoeker (2012-2014).
